In Carlo Pierini workshop guitars and electric basses are completely handmade, manufactured using fine high quality woods: this type of working procedure makes each item unique either in sound and aspect.
Every single instrument is therefore subjected to a thorough and accurate research in the sound performance and made with extreme attention to details so reproductions would not be possible in case of a serial production.

Grown up in Genova, he plays the guitar since the age of 6. He first approches liuteria as a teenager making his first musical instruments. He partecipated in stages by very best qualified maestri as Fender Custom Shop, Gibson Factory, Martin, Karrivee, Mc allister, Lauden and worked several years in various work-shops on italian territory.
He abandoned classical – traditional manufactoring so to completely dedicate himself to modern acoustic and electric guitar acheving an immediate world level awards.
Since year 2000 Carlo Pierini owns and runs “Guitarland” in Genova, a liuteria and stringed-instrument workshop, music school and auditorium located in an historical building that since 2004 has become Patrimony of Unesco.
